Is remote work really better for neurodivergent people, or am I just avoiding the office?

It can be both: remote work may reduce sensory load and social masking, while the office may offer structure and faster feedback. A useful question is not 'Which one should I be able to tolerate?' but 'Where do I produce good work without paying for it with recovery time?' Some people need remote, some need hybrid, and some need office days with sensory boundaries.
